The following conditions apply to all orders placed by you as a customer (hereinafter you) with Love thy Next (hereinafter referred to as Love thy Next, us or we) on our website. By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document. Therefore, it is important that you read and understand the terms and conditions.

Personal data
Love thy Next is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you as a customer provide to us. The information you provide us is used to fulfill our agreement according to the terms of this document. We process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation which entered into force on 25 May 2018
Force Majeure
Love thy Next is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill a certain obligation as described above, if the failure is based on an exculpatory circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfillment. Among other things shall be considered as extenuating circumstances. government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, for example restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., as well as abnormal decline in the market.
Orders
18 years of age
Orders can only be placed by persons over 18 years of age.
Prices
All prices include 25 percent VAT.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost are different depending on where in the world you live. The shipping is calculated when you place an order. (You can place an order to see the shipping cost without completing the order).
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand company. When you place an order, your hoodies will be picked, printed (or embroidered) and sent to you. This way, we don’t stock up on product that doesn’t sell, creating a more sustainable production. Your orders are also shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Order fulfillment
The order is complete when you have received your order and we have received payment.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible to the same email address and make a repurchase of the order.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@lovethynext.com.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@lovethynext.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
